  • All members pages are subject to these terms and conditions inclusively 

  • All media published was correct at the time of print and Kirk caravans will not be liable for any manufacture changes since time of print.

  • All media published is free for members to download, print or share with anyone irrespective of whether or not they are a member of this site.

  • Some media in these files may have been requested to be uploaded by our member and although we try to validate all files authenticity Kirk caravans will not be held responsible for any of its content.

  • All members only pages are connected to each user in the form of being able to follow, block and private message other members. no personal details are transferrable via this platform and no users shall at anytime transfer any such data amongst other members.

  • This is a social platform and no explicit, racial or sexual content/harassment will be tolerated and any member who would like to raise a concern can do so by emailing us here 

  • by signing up for a user account with Kirk caravans then you agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page, you are free to unregister your account at any time with no cancellation fee.

  • Any Members found in breech of These terms that result in being banned will not be allowed to re register for a period of 4 years.

File share 

  • The file share section of this website is a platform with all sorts of media for the purpose of keeping as many user manuals, videos, PDF's and more in once central place to assist members with technical help, manufacturer recalls and any other media for this sole purpose.

  • All media was current and correct at its time of print but may otherwise be out of date and shall only be used for reference, clarification directly from the manufacturer is always sought upon.

  • No members shall add media to this section but can email us with a request to do so via the form at the foot of the file share page.

  • Kirk caravans hold no liability for any member using this media and any repairs carried out are at the sole discretion of the third party holding any relevant training/qualifications.

Shared Gallery

  • Shared gallery media, Offensive or sexual content is prohibited and any such media will carry an instant ban from the site 

  • Place media in an appropriate folder so its easy for others to find, if you can't see an appropriate one then just make a new one 

  • All media must be relevant to the leisure industry, anything not deemed relevant will be removed and repeat offenders will be issued a warning then removed from the site.

  • NO advertising of any business content/marketing shall be added to any folder.

  • No request for personal details or forms shall be permitted in any context, failure to comply will result in an instant ban from the site and evidence shall be forwarded to the appropriate authority.

  • Any media posted on this page means you agree to allow others to view, download and share at their own discretion.

  • You are only permitted to amend and delete media that you originally submitted, under no circumstance can you edit or remove media not uploaded by yourself. you can report any media to Kirk caravans with your reasons for doing so 

  • Always gain permission from any media which involves a third party E.g photos which include people other than yourself.

  • Kirk caravans hold no responsibility for any content that has any of these terms breeched 

General
